Cornilles Insurance & Investments was founded in 1966 by Jerry Cornilles.
His son, Jeff Cornilles, joined the organization in
1987. Cornilles Insurance provides individual, family
and group benefit plans including: health, life, dental,
vision, disability, homeowner, auto, small business,
commercial and retirement plans.
Cornilles’ years of experience and expertise
in the insurance industry is a motivator to provide
excellent customer service for individual and family
plans and group benefit plans. We go the extra
mile to meet with employers or families to assist in
putting together the best fit for their needs.

Robert K. Lechot
Bob is a licensed insurance agent and Employee
Benefit Consultant with 34 years insurance and employee
benefits experience. He has a Business Administration
degree from B.S.U. and Chartered Life Underwriter degree
from the American College of Life Underwriter, Bryn
Mawr, PA.
Bob is a member of the National and Idaho Associations
of Insurance and Financial Advisors and past president
of the Idaho Association. Bob is also a registered
employee benefit consultant, registered Health Underwriter,
and Board member appointed by the Governor of the State
of Idaho Reinsurance Program and Individual High Risk
Pool. Bob has 23 years experience with every phase
of self-funded plans, including 19 years as president
of IEC Benefit Administrators.
Jamie Nicolosi
Jamie is a Human Resource Professional who offers
customized HR support and services to our clients.
She has provided human resource management and consulting
services to private and public sector companies since
1992. Most recently, she served 6+ years
as the human resource director at MPC Computer, Inc.
in Nampa, Idaho. Her expertise is in HR Compliance,
Leadership Development & Coaching, Performance
Management, Employee Relations, Investigations and
Recruiting. She is supported by McKenzie Arnold,
HR Generalist.
Jamie has numerous years
experience serving her community as a volunteer, some
of which include; Board of Directors - Nampa Chamber
of Commerce, Downtown Nampa Association, volunteer
work for the Snake River Stampede and others. She is
a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management)
and HRATV (Human Resource Association of the Treasure
Valley).
